Right to Privacy

Right to Privacy

I believe strongly in everyone’s right to privacy in their personal lives. Montana’s 1972 Constitution grants an explicit right to privacy. A woman’s right to choose is her own private matter. A member of the LGBTQ community also has the same basic right of privacy as do all human beings. A person’s right to privacy is just that. It is not the Government’s right to make personal choices for any private individual. Source: https://www.buchananformontana.com/issues/ 7/25/2022
