One person, one vote. Eliminate the Electoral College so that the Will of the People can no longer be manipulated by gerrymandering and state variances on vote splitting
I personally agree with this 100%, however I fear this is the amendment proposal most likely to lead to a civil war. I think we have a greater chance of gaining new states than eliminating this arcane process. Maybe this is the next "great compromise" topic?
