I agree with a wealth tax. I think the formula needs more consideration. It almost sounds like they lose 100% after 10 years. There needs to be something easier to agree to with the formula even if it is more money. It should also only apply to the top 2% tax bracket. Maybe the top 100 richest people each year pay an extra amount. It can be a badge of honor to pay that tax for them. I want to vote for this, but it needs a little more work for me to be comfortable with it.

Currently investments are not taxed until they are cashed out. This leads to a hoarding of resources that could otherwise be circulating in the economy. Investors then collateralize their assets into a loan at an annual percentage rate that benefits banks instead of the country. An annual tax on the assets will put these financial resources to public use.
