What problem does it solve? Hopefully, improve services and supports for Adults with Developmental Disabilities. What is your solution and who does it apply to? If the State of New Jersey changed the State Constitution to have each State Budget be for anywhere from 5 years to 10 years (not just yearly), it would be a “Game Changer” in so many ways. What is the anticipated impact? Hopefully, improve services and supports for Adults with Developmental Disabilities (and probably improve many or most of the other services and supports provided by the State of New Jersey). Thanks!
