Name Tags

What problem does it solve? In every line of customer service, the provider always has a name tag. Currently name tags are not often utilized in state government. By having a name tag, this clearly identifies who works at the state agency when the public comes into our locations. What is your solution and who does it apply to? By providing name tags that have magnetic backings, so that cloths aren't ruined, this provides a clear sense of understanding to see out a state representative. You can also utilize the name tags to show years of service, such as 1 year, 5 years, 10 years and so on. you can also have attached to the name tag a brass piece and anyone who speaks a second language can have it designated. Everyone that works in the specific location should have one. It keeps the team unified and makes things easier in case someone forgets a name. What is the anticipated impact? I believe that this will help ease customer interactions and make meetings easier for those who have difficulty remembering names, and yet are good at remembering faces. This also can help unify different sub-locations of a major state agency and also represent a sense of pride.

So everyone actually knows a name with a face

Exactly Dawn. It helps people for when you even have meetings and may not know someone. After introductions, you can refer back to it also.
