What problem does it solve? Currently the state purchases from places like Grainger where we leave A TON of money. It's a nice all-in-one solution but it costs crazy money. What is your solution and who does it apply to? Allow for State owned business credit card that would allow purchases from big online retailers. What is the anticipated impact? Literally cut 2/3 of our spending
