What problem does it solve? Many of our government employees, including myself, have nearly the 120 loan payments necessary to be eligible for the Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. However, the statistics show that the above Federal program is not working any many eligible loans are not being forgiven at this time. New Jersey residents need assistance with this problem and a watch dog agency should be implemented to help us. I am afraid to buy a house because my student loans at not be forgiven. What is your solution and who does it apply to? It would help government employees with federal student loans to fix their financial situation. A watch dog agency could prevent the federal government from garnishing wages or implementing a lien on a home. It could help streamline the forgiveness system and help employees in New Jersey. What is the anticipated impact? Helping people with student loan forgiveness and avoiding problems with them.
