What problem does it solve? Alternative Mondays would be beneficial to State employees and Taxpayers. State workers would Start at 11:00 am on Monday until 7:00 pm. This would extend Sunday evenings for families, and also be a service to the general public that need to obtain state agency services. This may also be a benefit to the state during football season with less call outs on Monday mornings. What is your solution and who does it apply to? The solution is access to state agencies for taxpayers who don't get paid for time missed from work to obtain state agency services. What is the anticipated impact? Happier general public and happier state workers. Less call outs on Monday mornings.
